As we don’t have large stocks, delivery may take some time but you can track your delivery all the way home.

In order for the print to last, we recommend that you wash your garment inside out at 30 ° C.

At the  present time we can not deliver to the UK. If you are resident in the UK and still place an order it will be cancelled and your payment will be refunded

Delivery terms:

Deliveries are sent from MERi Östersund Sweden within 1-4 working days after the order is placed, unless other terms are stated on the product.

Arrival to the customer may vary depending on the country of destination to which the delivery is sent.

Shipment number for traceability of shipment is emailed to the customer upon delivery from the warehouse.

Shipping terms:

Delivery within the EU: Total order amount < SEK 400- shipping will be added with SEK 125. Total order amount> SEK 400- shipping is free of charge.

Delivery outside the EU: Delivary cost SEK 125.

Countries outside EU: We offer VAT free purchases on orders from Non-EU countries. Please note that local charges (customs duty, sales tax etc.) can occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at your own expense, MERi has no, and accept none, responsibility for such taxes, charges, duties, etc

Payment terms:

Payment is made via Klarna Checkout Global with card payment for Visa and Mastercard. For Sweden also the choice of inovice is possible.

Complaints:

Complaints must be made within 7 working days after receipt of delivery or as soon as possible after discovery. We recommend that the products are checked immediately after delivery. Should any product not meet the specified specifications, please contact us via email to meriweb@meri.se for further instructions. In the event of an approved complaint, MERi is responsible for return shipping and we reserve the right to deliver a new product within the shortest possible time.

Right of return:

If your purchase is of private nature, the Consumer Purchase Act applies with a 14-day right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal takes effect from the day you received the delivery. Undo your purchase by contacting meriweb@meri.se and we will send instructions for your return or exchange.

For those items that are printed with a logo or other message based on the order, the right of withdrawal does not apply as they are considered a specially manufactured item according to the Consumer Purchase Act.

If you order items that are stored ready-labeled, the right of withdrawal applies.
